I enjoy puzzles like Sudoku, Mastermind and Many of the ThinkFun puzzles.
This is a nice, think-y game/puzzle, and it gives me the same feeling as those other mentioned games/puzzles.
Highly recommended.
KAMI has been on my wish list for ages, but I wasnt certain it would be the right game for me, so I kept passing it by. Today, the developers generously offered it for free (thanks, guys!) ... so I decided to give it a try.
I definitely regret my hesitation. KAMI is a beautiful, clever, challenging, and relaxing puzzle game; simply perfect. Ive already purchased the premium Retro puzzle pack and expect to add more packs in future.
If you like Monument Valley, Maestria, Quetzacoatl, Tilt: Quills Quandary, the Har.mo.ny series by BorderLeap, Open Bar by Gingear Studio, or Watercolors by Adonis, then you should enjoy KAMI as well.
Locks up at first but is pretty fun after it gets going. Close app after downloading and reopen. Repeat until you get it to work.
Nice graphics and design. Easy to get into but gets challenging when you want to ace everything.

Some bad moments
Bottom 1/3 of the screen is completely blacked out. Is this how its designed?

Its a great game. But it can be very buggy at times, and it doesnt look as good on larger screen devices like the 6+

Solid puzzle game, really challenging, BUT also really buggy. Couldnt get it to load more than half the screen upon initial download and opening of app. Had to delete and re-download. Then, after I completed the game it crashed and upon re-opening the game reset itself and deleted all of my progress.
For all of the above, 2 stars. If there were not so many bugs and if all my hard work would not of been lost it would be a 4 star game.
Cant load any puzzles. Occasionally gets black bar when loading. Hooray. At least I didnt pay for it
What a disappointment (and this is from the makers of the great "Lumino City") -- KAMI appears scaled down to about a three inch rectangle on the display screen of my iPad Air 2 (running iOS 9.3.1) and the view is not miniaturized, its just showing an incomplete fragment of the apps home page. This apparently has been one of many bugs reported by other unhappy reviewers for over two years now‼️ I have to ask: What are the apparently irresponsible developers doing during work hours besides their actual job duties -- counting the money they are, at least for now -- raking in ⁉️⁉️. ALSO: after reading dozens of the *many*, *many* one-liner reviews, its obvious they are most likely counterfeits planted on behalf of/by the developers in order to bump up ratings and bury the more critical feedback. Furthermore, adding insult to injury, the developers, so far, have failed to respond to my email requesting help to squash the bug
Love the logic in this game; its a truly satisfying puzzle game. BUT...the game has apparently corrupted its own save-game file twice for me: it locks up and wont get past the loading screen for a long time. When it finally does, all progress has been erased.
This is an UNACCEPTABLE BUG. Please fix!
